Pudu D7
The PUDU D7 is a wheeled semi-humanoid robot for industry and logistics: head, torso and two force-controlled arms on an omnidirectional base, to pick, move and tidy materials up to 2 m high and to push carts.
It carries up to 20 kg, has front and rear LiDAR and tactile sensors, and swaps its own battery to work continuously. It is not yet orderable as a standard product: LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, collects expressions of interest and assesses feasibility with you.

PUDU D7: wheeled semi-humanoid robot for industry and logistics
PUDU’s humanoid robot for businesses: head, torso and two arms on an omnidirectional wheeled base, to pick, move and rearrange materials up to 2 m high. The new generation was presented in June 2026 and shown at WAIC, WRC and IFA 2026, but it cannot yet be ordered as a standard product: availability and terms on request. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, collects expressions of interest and assesses feasibility with you.
Why choose it
Two arms with force control
They pick up, move and place objects with millimetre precision; the tactile sensors measure the contact point and force in real time and adjust the grip.
Omnidirectional wheeled base
It does not walk: it moves on wheels in all directions, a choice designed for warehouse and factory floors. It also pushes carts.
Shelves up to 2 m
Working height up to 2 m, for picking and replenishing from high shelves.
Designed to learn in the field
Integrated data collection, from perception to action: data from real activities is used to train PUDU’s AI models, starting with PuduFM 1.0.
Choose it if…
- You are evaluating a humanoid robot for your company and want to follow a PUDU model with arms and wheeled mobility closely.
- You have light, repetitive handling tasks: picking from shelves, replenishment, transfers between departments.
- You can start with an assessment or a pilot project, without needing a robot in production right away.
Choose another solution if…
- You need a robot today that carries materials between departments, up to 300 kg: Pudu T300 →
- You need to inspect or patrol areas with stairs and difficult terrain, outdoors too: Pudu D5 →
- You need to deliver items between different floors, using the elevator: FlashBot Max Robot →
Where it will be used
The applications the new-generation D7 is designed for:
- Intralogistics and warehouses: handling, picking from shelves, stock replenishment, transport between departments, pushing carts
- Precision work: material dosing and assembly
- Retail: shelf replenishment and arranging displays
- Hotels: reception and coffee service
It is designed to require minimal changes to existing installations. These applications have not yet been demonstrated at customer sites: in public the D7 has only been seen at trade fairs.

Pudu D7
Body and sensors
360° perception
Front and rear LiDAR and fusion of several sensors to detect obstacles, routes and changes in the scene around the robot.
Arms and tactile sensors
Two arms with force control, reach of over 80 cm and tactile sensors that detect contact position and force variations: for delicate grips, positioning and assembly. Gripper as standard, 3- or 5-finger hand on request.
It works for over 4 hours on one charge and can also charge during work; for non-stop operation it is also designed with autonomous battery swapping. We confirm capacity and swap times with PUDU for your project.
What it has actually done so far
The new-generation D7 has only been seen live at trade fairs:
WAIC 2026, Shanghai
First public appearance: photos with visitors and, together with the D5, a first demonstration of coordination between robots on the stand, avoiding pedestrians.
WRC 2026, Beijing
“Photographer” on the JD.com stand, with instant photo printing.
IFA 2026, Berlin
It greets, responds to gestures, picks up and carries objects on request. It received the IFA Innovation Awards Honoree recognition.
Picking from high shelves, assembly, pushing carts in a plant and 24-hour operation with autonomous battery swapping are design functions, not yet demonstrated in public.
Software and AI: “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments”
PUDU’s vision for the D7 and for all its embodied AI robots. It is a development direction, not a package of functions you can activate today:
PuduFM 1.0
PUDU’s embodied AI foundation model (May 2026): it combines navigation, approach, grasping and adjustment in a single action scheme and uses tactile data. The new-generation D7 is the first robot presented with PuduFM.
PuduAgent OS
The system layer that connects models, skills and robots, with memory and safety safeguards; it is designed to coordinate several robots on long tasks.
One skill, many robots
It is designed so that a skill learned by one robot carries over to other robots, specialised, semi-humanoid and humanoid, and to other environments.
SDK and API
We assess integrations for the D7 with you on the project; for delivery, cleaning and logistics robots there is the PUDU Open Platform.
A single PUDU ecosystem, from cleaning to delivery and logistics through to embodied AI robots: one supplier and one point of contact in Italy.
What to ask us today
Expression of interest
Leave us your use case: we will update you as soon as availability and terms for Italy are defined.
Task assessment
Objects, weights, shelf heights, routes and volumes: we tell you what is documented and what remains to be tested.
Robots already available
Often part of the work, such as transporting materials between departments, can already be automated today with a PUDU logistics robot.
View product →Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
Cameras and sensors are used to find the way and avoid obstacles. We provide the privacy documentation for the model with the quote.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.
The LeanProducts service
For embodied AI robots we work on a project basis, starting from a concrete use case:
Feasibility assessment
Together we analyse task, environment, routes and safety rules and compare them with what the D7 does today.
Pilot project
When PUDU makes it possible, we define the objectives, measurements and duration of a pilot project with you and handle commissioning and training.
Direct contact with PUDU
As official distributor we take your requirements to PUDU and confirm availability, configurations, accessories and development tools.
Support in Italy
Direct support: by phone and remote access, repair on site or at our premises, original PUDU spare parts.
LeanProducts is the official PUDU distributor in Italy.
