Why choose it
Twice the load
Up to 600 kg, with the same logic as the T300: missions, calls and follow and power-assisted push modes.
Mixed fleets and narrow aisles
It supports VDA 5050 to work with robots and fleet managers from other brands; in narrow aisles it switches between one and two lanes depending on space and load.
360° safety
ISO 3691-4, dual LiDAR and dual RGBD camera, floor projector and an emergency module that takes it to a safe area in the event of an alarm.
Data stays in the company
It installs on-premise or in a private cloud, with the data inside your network; and it can also work standalone, without a central system.
Choose it if…
- You move loads between 300 and 600 kg: heavy containers, components, material racks.
- You have corridors at least 70 cm wide, thresholds up to 10 mm and ramps up to 5°.
- You want robots from different brands to work together (VDA 5050).
- Routes are shared with forklifts and people.
- Your IT team wants the data inside the company network: on-premise or private cloud.
Choose another solution if…
- Loads are below 300 kg or the corridors are 60 cm wide: Pudu T300 →
- You need to slide under existing shelves and carts and lift them, fully automatically: Pudu T600 Underride →
- You need to move pallets on the floor up to 2,000 kg, with forks: Pudu MP2000 →

Where it works
The T600 is used where many heavy loads are moved, often and with many people tied up in material handling:
- Manufacturing: electronics assembly, automotive components, metal fabrication, electromechanics, paper, food & beverage
- Logistics: couriers, supply chain and warehouses, including automated ones
- Wholesale and retail: food, textiles, building materials, electronics, large-scale retail, hardware and furniture
- Line-side supply: components from the warehouse to the lines, on schedule or on call

Navigation and safety
Avoids moving obstacles
Dual LiDAR, dual RGBD camera, VSLAM camera and front camera: 360° coverage with no blind spots.
Floor projection
The projector shows warnings and the route on the floor, while bumper, rubber anti-collision strip and emergency buttons complete the protection.
Emergency module
It receives fire or earthquake signals and moves to a safe area, leaving escape routes clear.
ISO 3691-4 compliant. On routes shared with forklifts it manages right of way like a traffic light.
Fleet and integration
Narrow-aisle strategy
Depending on the aisle width and the size of the load, the robots switch between one and two lanes: no deadlocks when many of them are working.
Picks up and drops off on its own
It recognises groups of shelves, knows whether the drop-off spot is free and coordinates work with the other robots.
Elevators, doors and calls
IoT modules for elevators, access control and goods call buttons; with several robots it gives priority to the free elevator.
On-premise or private cloud
The system installs on your network or in a private cloud, so the data stays in the company.
How it is controlled
The T600 keeps the interface of the T300 and adds fleet functions:
Touchscreen and quick access
10.1" touchscreen, quick-access buttons and direction indicators; ergonomic handle with power-assisted push switch.
PUDU Pager
From the workstations the operator calls the robot with one button: PUDU Pager or goods call buttons.

Call, monitor and track the robot from your smartphone.
VDA 5050 and API
It connects to fleet managers via VDA 5050 and to your systems via the PUDU Open Platform.
Series modes: delivery, patrol, lifting, follow, power-assisted push, roller conveyor and towing.
PUDU OS: the software that lets the T600 work on its own
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: maps, navigation, route planning, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
You map the site once and define points, areas and traffic rules. VSLAM + LiDAR SLAM navigation without reflectors; positioning accuracy ±10 mm and ±1°.
Fleet, PUDU Link and PUDU Pager
With other PUDU robots it uses hybrid scheduling; with robots from other brands it communicates via VDA 5050. Calls from buttons or PUDU Pager, app or API; with PUDU Link you control all your PUDU robots remotely.
PUDU Open Platform API
With the Cloud API (or the Private Cloud API for private installations) your WMS, MES or ERP sends missions and receives status, position and errors in real time via callbacks, plus the history of missions, charging and faults.
PUDU Skill
A package for AI coding tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs: whoever develops the integration with your systems writes it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it. For the T600, on-premise or private cloud installation is also available.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4, the safety standard for driverless industrial trucks. The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

T600
|
PUDU T600 Upright: Column version (1350 mm high) with a 10.1" touchscreen, power-assisted ergonomic handle and front light indicators.
PUDU T600 Underride: Ultra-compact, low-profile version (255 mm high) designed to slide under trolleys, pallets and shelving and lift them autonomously.
An AGV follows fixed paths (magnetic tape, wires or markers) and stops in front of an obstacle. An AMR like the T300 maps the environment, plans its own route and drives around obstacles: it is installed without floor works and reprogrammed in minutes when the layout changes.
It depends on load and space. The T600 carries twice as much (600 kg compared with 300), is 125 mm longer and weighs 112 kg compared with 65; it needs 70 cm corridors instead of 60 and climbs thresholds of 10 mm instead of 20. It also has floor projection, the emergency module, VDA 5050 and priority for the free elevator. The T300 remains the choice for loads up to 300 kg in narrow spaces, with the tray frame, the roller conveyor and the T300L lifting version.
It measures 960 × 500 × 1350 mm and weighs 112 kg. It fits through 70 cm corridors, climbs thresholds up to 10 mm, gaps up to 35 mm and slopes up to 5°. It works indoors from 0 to 40 °C.
Runtime: Up to 12 hours of continuous operation (unloaded).
Fast charging: From 0% to 90% in approx. 2 hours.
Battery capacity: 30 Ah.
Power modes: Supports both automatic charging at the station and quick battery swapping (battery replacement), ensuring 24/7 operation with no downtime.
Ground Projection (T600 model only): Projects a warning light line/area onto the floor in front of the robot to alert nearby pedestrians and operators.
Dynamic obstacle avoidance: Detects and avoids people, forklifts and fixed obstacles in real time.
Disaster Avoidance module: In the event of facility emergency signals (e.g. fire alarms or earthquakes), it automatically guides the robot to a safe area or stops it at a predefined point.
They use an adaptive aisle strategy (Narrow Aisle Strategy), adjusting traffic rules (single or double lane) to the aisle width and the load footprint, avoiding bottlenecks and fleet deadlocks.
Yes, with PUDU IoT modules for elevators and access control. When several robots are working, scheduling gives priority to the free elevator and queues requests: less waiting at peak times. We check the make, model and year of elevators and doors during the site survey.
Yes: the T600 series supports VDA 5050, the communication protocol between autonomous guided vehicles and fleet management systems, so it can work with other robots and fleet managers. With other PUDU robots it uses hybrid scheduling; the T600 can also work on its own, without a central system.
If required, yes: the T600 series can also be installed on-premise or in a private cloud, with the data inside the company network. Alternatively it is managed in the cloud with the PUDU Link app. We make the choice with your IT team during the analysis phase.
Yes, with the PUDU Open Platform: the Cloud API, or the Private Cloud API for private installations, lets your system send missions and receive status and events in real time via callbacks. For developers there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs. API keys go through the distributor: we activate them and support your IT team or integrator; with fleet managers VDA 5050 is used.
The series offers delivery, patrol, lifting, follow, power-assisted pushing, roller conveyor and towing modes, with optional accessories such as racks, trays, towing module and roller conveyor, as well as modules for elevators and doors and the PUDU Pager. We confirm which items you need for your T600 at the quotation stage, together with the charging station.
No floor work or reflectors are needed: we create the map, define pick-up and drop-off points, routes and traffic rules and connect elevators, doors and systems. Timing depends on area, number of points and integrations: we define it with you during the analysis phase. You can start with one robot and add more later.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles site survey and flow analysis, installation, mapping, integration and operator training, with direct support throughout Italy. On request we organise a demo at your premises.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
- phone support and remote access for questions or analysis;
- on-site repair or, preferably, shipment to our premises;
- specific training so you can work independently.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The T300 has CE certification (Machinery Directive and RED Directive) issued by TÜV SÜD, according to EN ISO 3691-4 (driverless industrial trucks) and EN 1175 (electrical safety of industrial trucks). The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4. For the MP2000 we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
