CC1 Multifunctional Cleaning Robot
CC1 is a multifunctional autonomous cleaning robot for industrial and commercial environments, combining scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and dust removal in a single modular platform, suitable for both hard floors and carpets. SLAM navigation with Lidar ensures optimised routing in structured spaces, with a cleaning speed of up to 1,000 m²/h and a battery life of up to 9 hours depending on the selected operating mode. The dual 15-litre tanks (clean solution and recovery) and automatic recharging via a dedicated docking station (sold separately) support continuous cleaning cycles with minimal operator intervention. A 700 mm passage width and compact footprint (629×552×695 mm, 75 kg) allow straightforward integration into standard production and logistics layouts.
PUDU · Commercial cleaning robot
Pudu CC1: 4-in-1 floor scrubber-dryer robot for professional cleaning
The robot that cleans floors on its own: it sweeps, scrubs, vacuums carpet and removes dust, at 700–1000 m²/h. It starts at the times you set, even before opening, and with the docking station it charges and changes its water without intervention. LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles analysis, installation, mapping and training.

Why choose it
Four machines in one
It sweeps, scrubs, vacuums carpet and removes dust: one robot for hard floors and carpet, with cleaning modules that change in 1 minute.
Water and charging on its own
On the docking station it charges, tops up clean water and drains the dirty water. Where there is no water connection there is the mobile station: no changes to the installation.
It cleans when needed
You schedule the cleaning and the CC1 starts on its own, even at 5 in the morning: staff focus on the jobs that need a person.
Measurable cleaning
Automatic reports with areas and times of every cleaning run: evidence ready for inspections and data to optimise the work.
Choose it if…
- You clean indoor hard floors and short-pile carpet every day: offices, shops, hotels, schools, plants.
- You want a single robot that scrubs, sweeps, vacuums and dusts, with the right mode for each area.
- You need scheduled cleaning, also outside working hours, with automatic charging and water exchange.
- You have several floors to clean (with the elevator kit) and corridors at least 70 cm wide.
- You want reports of every cleaning run and, if needed, to connect the robot to your systems via API.
Choose another solution if…

Where it works
The CC1 is designed for daily cleaning of indoor floors, hard and carpeted, in commercial and working environments:
- Offices and residential buildings: it scrubs the lobby, vacuums short-pile carpet and, with the elevator kit, cleans all floors while staying below 70 dB
- Shops, supermarkets and shopping centres: frequent cleaning of large areas, with shorter cleaning times
- Hotels: dust in the lobby, vacuuming of room corridors and daily cleaning of common areas
- Schools and healthcare facilities: it cleans in the evening after lessons; emergency stop, obstacle avoidance and warning light
- Plants, warehouses and logistics: large areas to clean often, including AGV wheel marks, with automatic water and charging
A typical day: at 5:00 the robots start on their own; by 5:30 the lobby is scrubbed and the other robots finish the floor corridors and send the report to the manager; at 7:30 they return to the station for water and charging. The same rounds are repeated at 13:00 and 19:00.

Technology and floors

Visual and LiDAR SLAM navigation
The PUDU SLAM positioning system combines vision and LiDAR: the CC1 finds its way in complex environments and replans its route in real time when the space changes.

Multi-fusion sensors
Main and solid-state LiDAR, RGBD cameras, upward-facing camera, ultrasonic radar, cliff sensors and bumper: it stops at any angle and moves away from obstacles.

Hard floors and carpet
Indoor floors of different materials and hardness: terrazzo, marble, tiles, epoxy resin, sandstone and reconstituted stone, as well as short-pile carpet.
4 cleaning modes
Scrubbing
It works like an autonomous floor scrubber-dryer: it scrubs with the roller brush and collects the dirty water with the squeegee. 15 + 15 L tanks, 5 hours of battery life.
Sweeping
It collects dust and debris; the side brush reaches right to the edge, along walls and corners, without leaving dirt behind. 5 hours of battery life.
Carpet vacuuming
With the carpet vacuum accessory it cleans the short-pile carpet of offices, hotels and corridors. 4 hours of battery life.
View product →Quiet dust removal
It removes dust with the dust cloth in quiet mode: this is the mode with the longest battery life, up to 9 hours.
The cleaning modules are fitted and removed in 1 minute and you switch from one mode to another with a tap. Brushes and squeegee are chosen according to the floor: we recommend the right consumables.
Water and charging without intervention
Docking station
When the battery is low the robot returns to the station on its own: it charges, tops up clean water and drains the dirty water without manual intervention.
View product →Mobile water station
Trolley with 30 L of clean water and 30 L of dirty water, for two complete CC1 cycles: no changes to the plumbing. The app and the robot screen alert you when it needs filling or emptying.
View product →Self-cleaning docking station
The version of the docking station that, in addition to charging, water and detergent, also cleans the rollers: less manual maintenance.
View product →The docking station is connected to water, drain and power and needs 2 m of clear space in front and 1.5 m at the sides. Without a station the CC1 charges with the cable in less than 3.5 hours; the battery is swappable.
How it is managed
You set up the job once, then the CC1 carries on by itself:
Scheduled cleaning
Choose areas, modes, times and days of the week: the robot starts on its own and at the end of the round returns to the station for water and charging.
App and touchscreen
With the PUDU Link app you control it remotely, see the job status and receive notifications on times and areas cleaned; on board there is a 10.1" touchscreen.
Automatic reports
The PUDU management platform collects the work of every robot and generates cleaning reports: evidence ready for inspections and data to improve organisation.
Elevators
With the optional elevator kit the CC1 changes floors on its own and cleans the whole building, with nobody accompanying it.
View product →PUDU OS: the software that lets the CC1 work on its own
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: it handles maps, navigation, cleaning algorithms, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and routes
You map the spaces once, define areas and routes and change them when the layout changes. The robot recalculates its route in real time when it meets an obstacle.
OTA updates
The robot software updates over the network: the update check is started from the robot menu, without any hardware work.
Several robots, one app
With PUDU Link you see status, work and battery of all your PUDU robots on a single screen and change tasks, routes and schedules, also remotely.
PUDU Skill for integration
To connect the CC1 to your systems there is PUDU Skill: a package for AI coding tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs and speeds up writing the integration.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports.
PUDU Open Platform API: the CC1 in your systems
Commands and schedules
Your system reads the robot’s tasks and time schedules, starts, pauses or cancels a cleaning run and sends it to the station for charging or water exchange.
Real-time status and errors
Via callbacks you receive task status and alerts: clean water empty, dirty-water tank full, low battery, emergency stop.
Reports and statistics
For every cleaning run: area, duration, water and energy consumed, floors and elevator trips; plus daily and hourly statistics to bring into your dashboards.
The same APIs apply to CC1 Pro, MT1, MT1 Vac and MT1 Max. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it and support your IT team or integrator.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

Pudu CC1 and CC1 Pro combine sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust mopping in one robot, with four cleaning modes:
- standard sweeping;
- scrubbing of hard floors;
- carpet vacuuming;
- silent dust mopping.
You choose the mode for each area and switch it with one tap.
On indoor floors in commercial and public buildings: supermarkets and shops, shopping centres, hotels, offices and residential buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, stations and transport hubs, factories and warehouses.
Both are 4-in-1 robots (sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dust mopping) on the same base: same dimensions and weight, 15 + 15 L tanks and 700–1,000 m²/h in full-coverage cleaning. The Pudu CC1 Pro adds artificial intelligence features:
- AI spot scrubbing: it recognizes wet stains (coffee, sauces, puddles) in real time and cleans them immediately, at 1,500–3,000 m²/h;
- AI cleaning intensity control: it boosts power on stubborn stains, uses eco mode on areas that are already clean and adapts the mode to the floor type;
- rear AI camera: it checks the result, re-cleans leftover stains and generates cleaning heatmaps;
- component self-monitoring and compliance with IEC 63327.
The standard CC1 runs its scheduled tasks without visual analysis of the dirt.
The CC1 cleans 700–1,000 m²/h in full-coverage cleaning, with a 500 mm cleaning width (side brush included). The CC1 Pro has the same full-coverage rate and reaches 1,500–3,000 m²/h in AI spot cleaning.
It has a 50 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery. Runtime stated by PUDU per mode:
- scrubbing: 5 hours;
- sweeping and vacuuming: 5 hours;
- carpet vacuuming: 4 hours;
- silent dust mopping: 9 hours.
Charging takes about 3 hours.
Yes, with the (optional) docking station: when the battery is low the robot returns to the station by itself to recharge and, at the same station, refills clean water and drains waste water with no manual intervention. Without the station it is charged by cable.
Not necessarily. The docking station can be paired with the mobile water station: a trolley with 30 L of clean water and 30 L of waste water, enough for two complete CC1 cycles, with no plumbing changes. When the clean water runs out or the waste water tank is full, the app and the robot’s screen tell you to refill or empty it.
Yes, on low-pile carpets and rugs, in carpet vacuuming mode: the carpet vacuuming accessory for the CC1 is required.
It measures 629 × 552 × 695 mm and weighs 75 kg. It passes through 70 cm aisles; when travelling it crosses thresholds up to 20 mm and slopes up to 8°, while cleaning up to 8 mm and 3°.
Yes: while cleaning, noise stays below 70 dB (PUDU data), so it can also work in noise-sensitive areas. There is also a silent dust-mopping mode.
Yes: choose areas, modes, times and days of the week and the CC1 starts by itself, even before opening hours. In PUDU’s typical day the robots start at 5:00, return to the station for water and charging at 7:30 and repeat their rounds at 13:00 and 19:00. Tasks are managed from the touchscreen, the app or your own system via API.
Yes. Each robot has its own scheduled tasks on different areas or floors: in PUDU’s typical day one robot scrubs the lobby while the others clean the corridors on each floor and send their reports to the cleaning supervisor. The PUDU management platform collects the status and reports of every robot.
Yes: Pudu CC1/CC1 PRO can be integrated with an IoT elevator control module that lets it use the elevator on its own and clean several floors. On the CC1 Pro, electronic gate control is also available as an option.
Wi‑Fi is not essential: the robot also communicates via 4G and Bluetooth. The connection is used to manage it remotely with the app and to receive notifications and reports; during the analysis we check coverage along the routes with you.
Yes: with the PUDU Open Platform your system reads the robot’s tasks and schedules, starts, pauses or cancels a cleaning job, sends it to the station for charging or water exchange and receives task status and errors in real time (for example clean water empty, waste water tank full, low battery). Reports for every job (area, duration, water and energy used) and usage statistics are also available. The same APIs apply to the CC1 Pro and the MT1 series. API keys are obtained through the distributor: we activate them and support your integrator.
With the docking station, only non-foaming detergents: strong acidic or alkaline products are not allowed. During start-up we tell you the right product for your floor.
Routine maintenance is simple: empty the dirty-water tank every day or every other day, clean the dust bin and brushes every 2 days and the squeegee every 2–3 days, sensors and underside every 3–5 weeks. Squeegee blades and dust-cloth blades are changed every 1–3 months depending on use; roller brushes when the bristles reach the wear indicator. You can get original spare parts and consumables from us.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles floor-area analysis, installation, mapping and staff training, with direct support throughout Italy. On request we arrange a demo at your site.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
- phone support and remote access for questions or analysis;
- on-site repair or, preferably, shipment to our premises;
- specific training so you can work independently.
The price depends on the configuration (docking station, mobile water station, carpet accessory, elevator kit) and on analysis, mapping and start-up services: request a quote and we will send you a tailored proposal.
Yes, the manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for CC1, CC1 Pro and the MT1 series. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. Where there is AI recognition of dirt and obstacles, each image stays in working memory, is analysed and deleted immediately, without being saved; recognition also works without internet. If needed, the RGB camera can be disabled and there is a blackout sticker: in that case the robot still cleans, but without recognising the type of dirt. Only operating data such as areas cleaned, tasks, status and faults goes to the PUDU cloud. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The CC1 Pro is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for automatic floor-cleaning machines for commercial use. For the other models we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
