Why choose it
AI targeted cleaning
It recognises wet stains, such as coffee, sauces and puddles, and immediately creates the route to clean them: it works only where needed, at 1500–3000 m²/h.
It checks its own work
The rear AI camera checks the floor after the pass, goes back over missed spots and at the end of the job generates the cleaning heat map.
Automatic intensity
More power on stubborn stains, eco mode where it is already clean; on carpet it switches to vacuuming only on its own.
Component self-diagnosis
It notices if the brush or squeegee is dirty and would leave marks or water: it marks the spot, alerts you and goes over it again or starts self-cleaning.
Choose it if…
- In your spaces stains appear during the day (coffee, soft drinks, sauces) and you want to act straight away.
- You need proof that the floor is really clean: camera verification and heat maps.
- You clean indoor areas from 500 to 2500 m², with hard floors and carpet.
- You want a robot that notices dirty brushes and squeegee on its own.
- You need an IEC 63327 certified robot.
Choose another solution if…
- Scheduled 4-in-1 cleaning without visual dirt analysis is all you need: CC1 Multifunctional Cleaning Robot →
- The spaces are small (100–800 m²) or the passages narrower than 70 cm: ET1 AI-Native Compact Scrubber-Dryer Robot →
- You need to dry-sweep large areas with coarse debris: Pudu MT1 Sweeping Cleaning Robot →
- You need a scrubber-dryer for large areas, with 75 L tanks: Pudu BG1 AI-Native Large Scrubber-Dryer Robot →
Not sure which one to choose? Use the selection guide →
Where it works
The CC1 Pro is designed for large indoor areas with footfall, where dirt changes during the day:
- Shopping centres and retail: frequent cleaning and quick action on stains, even during opening hours
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities: result verification and heat maps as proof of cleaning carried out
- Airports, stations and large hubs: 5,000–8,000 m² per cycle and, with the dedicated options, elevators and passages
- Hotels and offices: lobbies and corridors scrubbed, carpet vacuumed, automatic mode switching between hard floor and carpet
- Warehouses and plants: large indoor hard-floor areas, also together with an MT1 that dry-sweeps
It works on terrazzo, marble, tiles, epoxy resin, sandstone, reconstituted stone and short-pile carpet. It is not suitable for outdoor use, stairs, cleaning on slopes above 3° or heavy oil stains.
AI cleaning: it sees dirt and checks the result
Real-time result verification
The rear AI camera checks the floor after the pass: if it finds residual stains it goes over the area again and marks any that remain on the map.
Component self-diagnosis
Visual recognition detects dirt built up on the brush and squeegee that would leave marks or water on the floor: no secondary contamination.
AI perception and VSLAM+ navigation
Vision and LiDAR together, with no QR codes or ceiling markers. The Omni-Sense system detects static and moving obstacles.
If a floor pattern is mistaken for a stain, you exclude it from recognition. The model that recognises obstacles is updated over time by PUDU.
Water, charging and maintenance
Docking station
Charging, clean-water filling, dirty-water draining, detergent dosing and squeegee self-cleaning, without manual intervention.
View product →Self-cleaning docking station
The version that, in addition to charging, water and detergent, also cleans the rollers: less manual maintenance.
View product →Mobile water station
30 L of clean water and 30 L of dirty water, to pair with the docking station where there is no water connection: no changes to the installation.
View product →Compared with the CC1 it has long-life metal mesh filters and can have self-cleaning roller brushes (optional). Without a station it charges with the cable in less than 3.5 hours.
Four cleaning modes, plus AI targeted cleaning
It works in automatic, scheduled or manual mode:
Scrubbing
It scrubs with the roller brush and collects the dirty water with the squeegee: 15 + 15 L tanks, 5 hours of battery life.
Sweeping and vacuuming
The default mode on hard floors: it collects dust and debris right to the edge. 5 hours of battery life.
Carpet vacuuming
Short-pile carpet, with the dedicated accessory: the robot recognises the transition from carpet to hard floor. 4 hours of battery life.
View product →Quiet dust removal
It removes dust with the dust cloth in quiet mode: up to 9 hours of battery life.
With guided cleaning the robot leads the operator to the stubborn stains that remain after several passes.
How it is managed
You set up the job once and check the results:
Scheduled cleaning
Choose areas, modes, times and days: the CC1 Pro starts on its own. With Ultra Spot Clean you quickly clean the zones where the heat map shows the most dirt.
Dashboard and PUDU Link app
Task completion, maintenance frequency and real-time alerts, from the app or the robot’s 10.1" display.
Waste and heat maps
The map of the spots where waste builds up and the performance map tell you where it gets dirtiest and where an extra pass is needed.
Elevators and passages
With the optional elevator and electronic gate control it changes floors on its own and cleans the whole building.
View product →PUDU OS: the software behind the CC1 Pro
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: it handles maps, navigation, cleaning algorithms, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and routes
You map the spaces once, define areas and routes and change them when the layout changes. The robot recalculates its route in real time and goes back over missed spots.
OTA updates
The software updates over the network: on the CC1 Pro, PUDU also updates the obstacle recognition model over time.
Several robots, one app
With PUDU Link you see status, work and battery of all PUDU robots on a single screen. Between the CC1 and MT1 series one robot can call another to complete a zone.
Open Platform and PUDU Skill
With the Cloud API the CC1 Pro talks to management and company systems; PUDU Skill helps your developers, in AI coding tools, write the integration faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. As the distributor, we activate API access.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The CC1 Pro is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for automatic floor-cleaning machines for commercial use. The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

Pudu CC1 and CC1 Pro combine sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust mopping in one robot, with four cleaning modes:
- standard sweeping;
- scrubbing of hard floors;
- carpet vacuuming;
- silent dust mopping.
You choose the mode for each area and switch it with one tap.
During its round, the CC1 Pro uses cameras and artificial intelligence to recognise the most common wet stains, such as coffee, sauces and puddles, and immediately creates the route to clean them. In this mode it works only where needed and reaches 1500–3000 m²/h. On stubborn stains it increases cleaning power on its own. If a floor pattern is mistaken for a stain, you can exclude it from recognition.
On indoor floors in commercial and public buildings: supermarkets and shops, shopping centres, hotels, offices and residential buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, stations and transport hubs, factories and warehouses.
The rear AI camera looks at the floor after the pass: if it finds residual stains it goes over the area again and marks those that remain on the map. At the end of the job it generates the cleaning heat map; with Ultra Spot Clean you then quickly clean the areas where dirt appears most often. With guided cleaning the robot leads the operator to the stubborn stains.
Both are 4-in-1 robots (sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dust mopping) on the same base: same dimensions and weight, 15 + 15 L tanks and 700–1,000 m²/h in full-coverage cleaning. The Pudu CC1 Pro adds artificial intelligence features:
- AI spot scrubbing: it recognizes wet stains (coffee, sauces, puddles) in real time and cleans them immediately, at 1,500–3,000 m²/h;
- AI cleaning intensity control: it boosts power on stubborn stains, uses eco mode on areas that are already clean and adapts the mode to the floor type;
- rear AI camera: it checks the result, re-cleans leftover stains and generates cleaning heatmaps;
- component self-monitoring and compliance with IEC 63327.
The standard CC1 runs its scheduled tasks without visual analysis of the dirt.
The CC1 cleans 700–1,000 m²/h in full-coverage cleaning, with a 500 mm cleaning width (side brush included). The CC1 Pro has the same full-coverage rate and reaches 1,500–3,000 m²/h in AI spot cleaning.
It has a 50 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery. Runtime stated by PUDU per mode:
- scrubbing: 5 hours;
- sweeping and vacuuming: 5 hours;
- carpet vacuuming: 4 hours;
- silent dust mopping: 9 hours.
Charging takes about 3 hours.
Yes, with the (optional) docking station: when the battery is low the robot returns to the station by itself to recharge and, at the same station, refills clean water and drains waste water with no manual intervention. Without the station it is charged by cable.
Yes, on low-pile carpets and rugs, in carpet vacuuming mode: the carpet vacuuming accessory for the CC1 is required.
No. The CC1 Pro uses PUDU VSLAM+ navigation, which combines vision and LiDAR and does not require QR codes or ceiling markers. It detects stationary and moving obstacles and recalculates the route when the space changes. During installation we map the premises and set up areas and routes.
Yes: while cleaning, noise stays below 70 dB (PUDU data), so it can also work in noise-sensitive areas. There is also a silent dust-mopping mode.
For each cleaning session you get the report, the map of the spots where waste accumulates and the performance heat map. The dashboard shows task completion, maintenance frequency and real-time alerts. The report history stays on the robot and in the cloud, and can be viewed with the PUDU Link app.
Yes: Pudu CC1/CC1 PRO can be integrated with an IoT elevator control module that lets it use the elevator on its own and clean several floors. On the CC1 Pro, electronic gate control is also available as an option.
Wi‑Fi is not essential: the robot also communicates via 4G and Bluetooth. The connection is used to manage it remotely with the app and to receive notifications and reports; during the analysis we check coverage along the routes with you.
Yes, through the PUDU Open Platform (Cloud API): your system starts, pauses or cancels cleaning runs, sends the robot to the station and receives status, errors, reports and statistics. For those developing the integration there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs and speeds up the work. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it and support your IT team or integrator.
Routine maintenance is simple: empty the dirty-water tank every day or every other day, clean the dust bin and brushes every 2 days and the squeegee every 2–3 days, sensors and underside every 3–5 weeks. Squeegee blades and dust-cloth blades are changed every 1–3 months depending on use; roller brushes when the bristles reach the wear indicator. You can get original spare parts and consumables from us.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles surface analysis, installation, mapping and staff training, with direct support throughout Italy. On request we organise a demo at your premises.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
- phone support and remote access for questions or analysis;
- on-site repair or, preferably, shipment to our premises;
- specific training so you can work independently.
Yes, the manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for CC1, CC1 Pro and the MT1 series. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. Where there is AI recognition of dirt and obstacles, each image stays in working memory, is analysed and deleted immediately, without being saved; recognition also works without internet. If needed, the RGB camera can be disabled and there is a blackout sticker: in that case the robot still cleans, but without recognising the type of dirt. Only operating data such as areas cleaned, tasks, status and faults goes to the PUDU cloud. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The CC1 Pro is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for automatic floor-cleaning machines for commercial use. For the other models we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
