It is PUDU’s floor scrubber-dryer robot for large areas: at the front it sweeps and collects dry dirt, at the back it scrubs and dries, all in one pass. It works autonomously with maps and programmes, recognises dirt and liquids with artificial intelligence and, with the station, recharges and handles water on its own. It is available in two versions, BG1 and BG1 Pro.

There are four differences. The BG1 Pro navigates with 3D LiDAR, the BG1 with standard LiDAR; the Pro reaches 1.2 m/s, the BG1 1.0 m/s; the Pro climbs bumps up to 70 mm, the BG1 obstacles up to 25 mm; the Pro works without an operator even with just the charging base, while the BG1 requires the workstation to work on its own. The BG1 Pro is designed above all for car parks and large areas, with vehicle recognition. Everything else is the same: cleaning width, tanks, runtime and output.

It is perfect for warehouses and logistics centres, industrial and production facilities, airports, stations, large shopping centres, hospitals and exhibition centres.

The robot has a 75-litre clean-water tank, a 60-litre waste-water tank and a 5 L debris container. Its cleaning output exceeds 2,000 m²/h in continuous coverage (and up to 6,000 m²/h in spot cleaning mode).

On hard indoor floors, such as those of warehouses, factories, supermarkets and car parks. It sweeps dry dirt and wet-scrubs in the same pass; with the optional modules it also does dust mopping and polishing. For carpets and rugs the Pudu CC1 is the right choice. During the site survey we check floor type, joints and slopes with you.

Using AI cameras and 3D vision, the robot identifies liquid stains, stubborn dirt or sudden spills in real time. Instead of cleaning the whole map, it diverts its route to treat and clean the affected area immediately (automatically adjusting pressure and detergent dosage) and then resumes its scheduled work.

Yes, it is equipped with an extendable edge brush that projects from the machine body to clean flush against walls, skirting boards and industrial shelving, eliminating "blind spots".

It offers up to 7.5 hours of continuous operation. When the battery or water is running low, it automatically returns to the docking station.

The optional all-in-one workstation charges the robot, fills clean water, drains dirty water and cleans itself: this way the robot stays ready 24 hours a day. For this it must be connected to water, drain and power. Without the workstation the tanks are filled and emptied by hand. We define position and connections with you during the site survey.

Yes. You schedule areas and times and the robot starts on its own. To work without an operator the BG1 uses the workstation, which provides charging and water. The BG1 Pro can work without an operator even with just the charging base: in that case water is filled and drained by hand.

Absolutely. 3D perception detects fixed and moving obstacles through 360°. The robot slows down, signals its presence with audible and visual signals and recalculates its route in fractions of a second.

Yes, it has a Ride-on (drivable) mode. An operator can get on board and drive it for quick transfers or emergency cleaning, combining the benefits of autonomy with those of a traditional ride-on scrubber-dryer.

It measures 1195 × 760 × 1303 mm with the squeegee and weighs about 344 kg; a passage of at least 85 cm is needed. The BG1 climbs obstacles up to 25 mm, the BG1 Pro bumps up to 70 mm. We check slopes with you during the site survey, together with ramps, joints and gratings.

Yes, with the optional elevator and E-gate (automatic gates and doors) control it can work on several floors. It can also be called with a pager. We check compatibility with your installations during the site survey.

It has two detergent tanks, about 7 L in total, and mixes and doses them automatically to the millilitre according to the type of dirt and the condition of the floor: you use only the product you need. You can combine, for example, acidic and alkaline detergent, detergent and disinfectant, detergent and anti-foam or detergent and deodoriser. We recommend the right detergents for your floor.

Little and quick: the disc brush hooks on automatically and the consumables are quick-fit, for routine maintenance in less than a minute. The consumables are disc brush or scrubbing pad, side brush, sweeping roller brush and squeegee blades, also in an oil-resistant version. Replacement intervals depend on use: we define them with you and supply the spare parts.

The robot communicates via 4G, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. You set areas and times and monitor status and jobs with the PUDU Link app, the same as for the other PUDU robots, with cleaning reports. During the analysis phase we check network coverage along the routes with you.

The PUDU Open Platform (Cloud API) connects PUDU cleaning robots to company systems: tasks, status, real-time alerts and statistics. To write the integration faster there is the PUDU Skill, a package for AI programming tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs. For the BG1 we check the available functions with PUDU; access goes through the distributor: we activate it and support your IT team or integrator.

It depends on the dirt. The MT1 dry-sweeps large areas, up to 1800 m²/h, and uses no water. The BG1 sweeps and scrubs in the same pass, handles liquids and stains and, with the workstation, works 24 hours a day. If you have dust and dry debris, an MT1 is enough; if the floor needs scrubbing, you need the BG1. The robots can also hand work over to each other: with Summon Cleaning one records the stains and assigns the task to another. We calculate how many robots you need with you, based on square metres, shifts and type of dirt.

Cameras and sensors are used for orientation and obstacle avoidance. PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 for information security and privacy. We provide the privacy documentation for the model with the quote; if data must stay on your premises, we assess PUDU Cloud Veil with you.

Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.

PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.

Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The CC1 Pro is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for automatic floor-cleaning machines for commercial use. For the other models we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
